Before I went inside and checked them out, I expected a lot of those to be "dare tattoos", but I was pleasantly surprised to see that nope, people actually got those all on their own.
"...but I was pleasantly surprised to see that nope, people actually got those all on their own" hehe, made me giggle with your wording. But hey, 'it's not so bad being trendy' ;)
My fave, "omg, wtf, bbq".
The problem is that by definition, trendy is an ever changing idea of human desire, influence and style. Tattoos are permanent(ish).
That's what I tell my daughters. What is cool and trendy now, or a good idea at 17 won't be at 27 or 47. Then I ask them to imagine me with said body modification. The look of ewwwwww on their face is priceless.
Watched a doc called Erasing Hate of ex-skin head Bryon Widner getting 25 tattoos removed via laser. Yikes. Much less painful getting inked than getting lasered! That documentary (or similar) should be required watching for anyone thinking of getting face/neck/hand tattooed.
