As an avid documentary watcher, I have had to switch to positive uplifting personal success stories (learning tons about motocross let me tell ya!) to ward off the sense of helplessness and shame that comes from watching anything about politics, environment, and human corruption.
(As an aside, maybe now that corporations are 'persons' we can start holding them personally responsible for the destruction they cause both to the environment and to all humanity.)
