I'm from reddit, I ended up here because somebody was discussing reddit alternatives and mentioned that snapzu had an XP/leveling system. That was all I needed to hear.

Frank Zappa - "Peaches En Regalia"
I had heard of Frank Zappa before, but until recently I hadn't listened to any of his music. I wish I had listened to him sooner, this stuff is fantastic.

Top Gear is fantastic for binge watching. Every episode is different, and all of them are ridiculous.
Futurama is also great because, well... Futurama.

Careers is by far my favorite board game. I was introduced to it as a kid when I went on an adventure through my grandmother's attic and found it at the bottom of a stack of boxes. I don't think it's in production anymore, so you would probably have to buy a used set, but I've found it to be an absolute blast. Its essentially a more balanced, quicker version of Monopoly.

When I was about 5, a new family moved in next door to me. They had a son about my age, and pretty quickly him and I became close friends. He had a clunky old cream-colored PC with one game: Need For Speed II. The day after I played it at his house for the first time I went home and bought the game for myself. I still play it from time to time.
