Just be careful to note their serving sizes. I thought those numbers seemed way too low, then I noticed they define their 'servings' of beverages as 100g.
- A can of Coke is 355mL (12 oz), and the mass is around 330-340g
- For non carbonated beverages, 100g is roughly 3.5oz, which is quite small for a cup of coffee or tea
