The language barrier is quite a serious problem really. But he's obviously learned: if all else fails, cry. I think it was fake crying, because I couldn't see any tears.
What would be even more hilarious is if he wasn't even Polish, like as soon as he drove off he's talking in perfect English to his friend on the phone.
