    Only!? That's an absurd amount of carbs in my humble opinion.

    The low energy I was experiencing by the end of each day is totally common for low-carb diets.

    Nope. As I said above,that's not low carb.

      Someone might. Some people need more energy than carb-free diets provide, right? Ketone energy's great, but sharply finite, right?

      Anything below 100g of carbs a day is considered low carb (and is, for the average person). Below 50g/30g/20g (people argue) is ketogenic.
