I would like to try this in the future, it looks tasty. And that portion isn't small.
Being a veteran of Kansai-style, I never really appreciated how good Hiroshima-style was until I had to go down there on a service call. I think that it'd be better if one of them was named something else, because that would stop all the silly arguments about which kind is better.
First time we ever had it was in Kumamoto I think. Fell in love after that. I tried a few different variations, but avoided any sort of seafood extras.
