Any projectiles being shot in the air also have to come back down somewhere. This is obviously illegal.
I don't think this applies to shotguns since it's not a bullet
Yeah, specifically with bird shot. But I can see a slug doing some damage if it was fired in the air at an angle that can still reach someone on the way down.
