Sure it's dangerous, but so is riding unbuckled in a school bus or walking down the road and tripping. I think years back we didn't know about it and a lot of it was kept secret, sure the secrets were shitty but it probably wouldn't have made anyone quit playing, today we know about the dangers, get the base test before the season and get tested regularly after taking hard hits, you're in a union for a reason, you play football you know the risks of it, so either you're liable or you shouldn't be playing now.
I'm not sure why they are so restrictive. Seems like they'd want their content out there. A GIF isn't going to cost them any money.
