NFL overhauls its social media policy just 7 weeks after last change
Just seven weeks after making controversial changes to the social media policy that governs its 32 teams, the NFL is changing the policy again, Yahoo Finance has learned. NFL executives Brian Rolapp and Hans Schroeder sent a memo on Friday afternoon to all teams, detailing the changes, which take effect immediately. The changes are extensive and explicitly apply to platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Periscope, and YouTube.

Yeah, this is gonna put asses back in the seats and eyes back on the set... how about you quit being the "No Fun League" with so damn many rules and stop this no celebrations bullshit and go back to the fun this game was a while back.
I'm not sure why they are so restrictive. Seems like they'd want their content out there. A GIF isn't going to cost them any money.

Sure it's dangerous, but so is riding unbuckled in a school bus or walking down the road and tripping. I think years back we didn't know about it and a lot of it was kept secret, sure the secrets were shitty but it probably wouldn't have made anyone quit playing, today we know about the dangers, get the base test before the season and get tested regularly after taking hard hits, you're in a union for a reason, you play football you know the risks of it, so either you're liable or you shouldn't be playing now.
