Siobhan Neilland prepares to take her beloved pink 58 Dodge coronet for a joy ride around San Francisco. She has had the car since she was 17 and has never owned a new car. This mother and baby arrive at last to The OneMama Clinic in Uganda. Many women in the surrounding regions spend days traveling on foot, with babies on their backs, to receive prenatal and postnatal care.
