It has gotten increasingly harder to find a TV that isn't "smart" and the worst part of all electronics is that you don't get those ToS agreements until after the product is open and setup, by that time it's yours and non-returnable even if you disagree. There comes a time when you turn to Amazon or Roku and say I want your device and don't use the Smart functions of the TV. I hate the fact Samsung is now listening in with the mic on the remotes and stuff, scary.
