  I dont think so. No matter how drunk I get I still hate the idea of tattoos. So... I reckon those that have to get drunk to get tattooed really secretly wanted to get the tattoo anyway, just like how they wanted to get drunk too (like me). You know what, my answer doesn't even make sense to my drunk ass right now... fuck it.
