1. What was the time frame for each part? for example, from cleared area to finished frame = __ hours of work, roof = __ hours of work, etc.
2. where do you live? It sounds almost tropical. I don't think this structure would stand up to much of a snow load. (I live in Alaska)
3. Do you think you could do something like this with loess soil instead of clay?
Saw convincing speculation that it was in Queensland, Australia.
I am not the creator of the video, but I guarantee it took a few days to finish working long hours.
To me, it looked tropical also. Maybe even the Amazon.
I highly doubt that you can use loose soil. I would think it would have to be a hard clay substance in order for it to hold tight.
