    It's not really that weird IMO. Reddit has extremely poor leadership, pretty much always has.

    It's the reason that they struggle to monetize and it's the reason that the dealt with Victoria (and all of the fall out) so poorly.

      The funny thing is that they're still letting Alexis Ohanian (kn0thing) make decisions about things and he's the reason they went through a lot of this mess to begin with.

        Well he is one of the co-founders.

          Yeah, but they got bought years ago and the majority shareholder is Conde Nast or whatever that company is. He doesn't have to be making decisions anymore if they didn't want him to be, right?
