Good read! I also highly recommend a sleep calculator. We sleep in cycles so when your sleep cycle is interrupted (you waking up) you will feel groggy for a while even if you had 12 hours of sleep. The calculator will give you the time to set your clock for allowing you to wake up after completed cycle. If you had a crazy work schedule like me and you can only get a few hours this is a must. sleep calculator
