Whopper of a fish is found in an Olathe drainage ditch

Animal control officer Jamie Schmidt has heard a fish exaggeration or two. So she was skeptical when she got a call about a large carp in a drainage ditch. The carp was more than 3 feet long and weighed 60 pounds.
