    My state already put it back in place. We aren't stupid.

      There is a high probability that will end up in court with the FCC, ISP, and FTC all arguing that because the internet is used for interstate commerce the state can't put laws on it, only the federal government can. Also, the FCC in ending Net Neutrality tried to end run around what your state is doing by making a declaration that states could not reinstate the rules.
