I think Kill la Kill definitely has the most unique art style I've ever seen in an anime. From the costumes to the environment its all really unique to me.
I also think that Fate/Zero has had the highest animation quality I've ever seen. There's nothing too special about the art style itself, but the animation itself is so fluid it's insane. Berserker is also the best CGI I think I've ever seen in an anime.
