So let me get this straight. They can run around in their underroo's and its all about "I am OK with my image" but when I do it it equals indecent exposure, a trip to the nut house, and possibly jail (multiple offender). I can't even mow my lawn without the neighbors screaming "Get some pants on you rat bastard!"
