I haven't played GTA V yet, but I'm pretty sure that you don't need to have intercourse with a woman and kill her in order to progress in the game. And even if that's the case, it's not a real person and every single person who has some common sense wont reenact that in the real world.

Like with any movement, the real issues are raised but then the tools come out of the woodwork and ruin it for everyone. Oh well.
