That sounds good. I was already planning on making a batch of General Tao's chicken tonight. I may have to have both. Do you know of any recipes that I might try instead of the recipe in my link?

UPDATE: I made both the Mongolian Beef in the OP and the General Tao's in my comment. Both turned out excellent and made tons of food. I have one recommendation if anyone tries the General Tao's. Add something a little bit spicy, like the same crushed red pepper that you use in the Mongolian Beef.
