There is one thing you can say about Bernie Sanders in general: his message has been consistent over a long period of time, or at least more consistent than any other politician I know (by far). I think he's worthy of much respect just for that.

It was pretty sad to see him lose to someone who is pretty much the opposite of that. Especially given what we know now about the DNC.
