I was fortunate enough to be able to attend beauty week in Vegas and get many photos! Ive uploaded most of them to instagram (@coiffedstyle). Hoping to go back next year!

My husband and I found a TON of pogs at a local thrift shop. The previous owner must have had an obsession with the number 8. Most of these had that number on it. Got all these for only $1.00! Could not believe it! Now we need to look for slammers!

I did this special effects makeup as part of an entry into the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) Beacon 2015 competition. It took about 3 hours. I know it is not perfect. This was only my 2nd attempt at special effects makeup.

I'm new around here (duh). I guess I'm kinda interesting at times. I do hair and makeup for a living. Before that I was in intelligence and linguistics for the military. I speak English and Arabic. I have traveled all over the place- Okinawa, England, Wales, Scotland, and all over the US. I've birthed a human that is 4 years old that seems to be made of pure caffeine and spazz.
