I'm not religious in the slightest, but I can't help but admire the current pope and the direction that he's taken the Vatican. Dude is nailing it left and right. Brokering peace, encouraging people to be better to one another, and (hopefully) pushing these two groups of assholes into a two-state solution.
Don't know if he will make it, but I can't think of anyone better to try.
