    Never thought sriracha would go good with sushi. But I think I'd rather be safe and just have it on the side to dip.

      I think you'd have to really like Sriracha to try this, but if that's your thing, I bet it'd be awesome. I also never thought of dehydrating a sauce into a sheet like this, and I wonder if it would work with anything else.
