A tidbit from the study I found interesting:
Both Hemingways and Nutty Professors are pretty evenly split by gender (50 and 48% male, respectively).
The majority of both Mary Poppins (Poppinses?) and Mr Hydes appear to be female (63 and 67%).
There were more women than men in the study, but those numbers still didn't seem to make sense to me, so I went ahead and worked out how each gender fell into each category:
