I love a farmers market, the produce just comes better from there. Or at least in my head it does. The problem is in my area at least they aren't "economical" as this article called it. I can get a better deal at Earth Fare sometimes and they are like whole foods and not cheap. Does this mean I am just buying the wrong things at these markets? I tend to stick to berries and tomato's. Occasionally some eggs. What am I missing that makes the farmers market economical?

I tend to prefer using Paper Bags over reusable ones. I can use the bags and recycle them in the bin. A cloth one you have to be wary of washing them and on top of that you're supposedly not supposed to use one you use for produce for other items like homemade soaps and washing powders. So, I find it easier to walk into a place like Aldi and pay the 5 cents a bag and take home a few dollars worth of them. Then I grab one on my way out and once used it gets put into the recycle bin.
