So we’re faced with a question: what sucks more, UPS/FedEx or Amazon?
I’ve had both UPS and FedEx lose crucial documents I sent with pretty much no apology or attempt to figure out what happened. This is not mentioning the USPS, which I learned the hard way is fully able to do whatever the hell they want with your stuff if you don’t insure it. I’ve literally had them destroy my property on purpose, and then been told that lol sorry. My lawyer said that they’re legally allowed to tell me lol, and saying sorry was them being nice.
I’m not a huge fan of Amazon, but the alternatives are extremely shitty. This is the same reason I think that a third party has a very good chance to rise in the US. This is not necessarily a good thing though.
This makes a lot of sense for local deliveries in urban markets but I can't see them competing in rural areas.
They're slowly taking over everything one by one.
Just get working on that drone delivery that was hyped up with their video a couple years ago.
