10. is a no brainer. I can't believe there is a market for that crap.
Those pills probably cause more harm than good
I specifically looked up exercise and this was one of the results. While it did a good job of telling me what to avoid, as the title promises, I wish the article also added a 'what-to-do-instead'.
For example, 'don't do leg lifts do for blah blah reasons, do < --this-- > instead for blah blah benefits'.
Would've have been a more informative and useful read, right now it's really just half an article.
