I made it a point to sleep by 11pm over the last two month. What helped me the most was giving myself 60-90 minutes of uninterrupted "me" time before sleeping. I didn't do anything active, most of the time it was watching videos online. I guess I just needed some time to myself.
My challenge is finding "me" time before midnight.
