Is this your way of venting about an ignorant client who really had no idea what they wanted to create? (It's just the vibe I got after reading your blog post)

Wouldn't it be more effective to create a getting started guide that you can send out to all potential clients? Something like that can save you the headache of going through this type of situation again, and again. Also, isn't the job of a "ghost writer" to get paid to write? Even if a "ghost writer" wrote the book with mostly their ideas while discussing the concepts with the client, isn't that the main difference? Ghost writers get hired to write and get paid for it, writers embark on the risk of doing it for no reward so they can reap the benefits when its published and successful, no?
