I have a S4, I think I will wait for the next one, not enough there for me to want to jump yet. I might talk my wife into it, would be a big increase from her S2 Skyrocket.
I also have the S4, and for me the big change is the metal encasing instead of the plastic. I bet this phone will feel a lot less flimsy.

My boss bought a new Samsung (can't recall the model. I thought it was the S4, but can be wrong) right when it came out. He cracked the screen the first day. I thought it was a fluke, but then I met another fellow at work who basically did the same thing. Phone got a pressure crack from being in his front pocket.
Thin is nice, but it seems like we're getting to a logical point where if things are made any thinner they will snap during normal use.
