I can't remember the last Hollywood movie I watched, never mind the last time I went to a movie theater. At some point you realize that the vast majority of the movies are just repetitions of old stories (and that's when they're not just blatant remakes). It's not that it's not worth the $50 for a movie ticket, it's that it's not worth two hours of my time.

I find that most movies that actually tell a new and different story (not necessarily better, but at least novel) are not Hollywood films. Not that I watch a lot of those, but at least they try to use their brains.

About the "nobody can do what we do", good luck with that mindset lol.

Ice Age for me. And yeah,I've noticed this not just for movies, but tv shows as well. I threw out my tv over 10 years ago.
