It's always great to see the legislature of my state having such respect for the law and the will of the people. At least they're spending their time on something other than arguing about which room people should use to take a shit.
Maybe one day their collective IQ will reach 10 and they will realize that there are more important issues to worry about. Like, you know, health, and education, and infrastructure, and so on. Until then I guess they'll keep churning out hateful laws involving other people's genitals and trying to minimize the power of their constituents.
