You know, this is a good article, but I don't see the reason for all the vaguely scary pictures. Cryonics is not scary.
Is it? How do we know? Maybe it is, as long as you’re unconscious for it.
True, we don't know for sure one way or another. But the argument that you don't experience anything when your brain is vitrified has more weight for me than the alternatives if I don't experience anything then I'm not scared.
On the whole, I'm good with not remembering much if anything of my dreams. It would be different if I one were to be able to dream whatever one wished. What-do-they-call-it? Lucid dreaming? Come to think of it, though, that'd mean more instances waking up thinking something wonderful had happened only to realize differently. I guess not being able to remember them is the next best thing to not having bothersome dreams at all.
