I've not had mead in ages. I could sure give this a go.
Whatever gets you where you want to be by dinner, I suppose.
Does seem as though these folks are thirstier than they are thoughtful. As if there were no fungal spores ever to be found in honey, or as if pasteurization somehow made honey completely safe.
