Disney definitely needs more scary roller coasters and just good roller coasters in general. Walt Disney world and DisneyLand are both great, but they have the theming, but need some really crazy rides. Imagine Disney-theming in the park, crossed with the more roller coaster nature of say Six Flags or Cedar's point. It would transform the Park into something much more adult orientated, while having enough children rides to be a Kid's haven.

I feel like when you are going to Disney, you are expecting something other than parks such as Six Flags or Cedar point, due to the very nature of it. If they were to add this more adult rides, it would have to be in a separate expansion such as Epcot, or Animal Kingdom were, a "Disney's Thrill Park" if you will.

Which is exactly how they would have to do it, I don't think it would be at epcot. If anything I think they should make it a Hollywood studio's expansion, we all know it needs one. It's already got more adult rides, so it would be nice to add something there.

I also would hope they keep a more Disney style, while still being rides for older audiences. More Rip Ride Rocket than Apocalypse. If every ride could manage to be as well composed as Expedition Everest, or at least pull of it's gimmick well enough like the aforementioned Rip Ride Rocket, I think it could be a huge success.

Agreed, let's remember if Disney is good at two things it's gimmicks and theming. When I say "six flags" I meant, on the thrill level of six flags, while having the theming of Disney. Some Gimmicks to draw appeal would be awesome and certainly add a unique feel. Let's admit it, we all like to hear the words "World first".

Eh... Maybe not worlds first Teleportation device. Or World first Mars Colony. Worlds first has a certain risk to it, that I feel Disney would completely avoid. Worlds best, taking what they have learned from parks, especially the like of cedar point, and refining it however, is definitely in the Disney style.

I didn't realize that I had been in that chamber until they revealed it as the Stitch ride. I definitely remember enjoying that when my high school band went to DisneyWorld in the mid 2000s. Looking back on it, if it were anything but Lilo and Stitch themed I'd be utterly terrified.

I remember going on this ride before it shut down. It was just as scary as they portray it. This was some Alien-level of terror. Amazing experience.

The only rides I like are Haunted Mansion, Alice in Wonderland, the Who Framed Rogger Rabbit ride, and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. Don't know if I'm boring or not, but yeeeeeah. It's been years since I last went to Disneyland, California (that's the closest one from where I live). You guys should watch this movie called "Escape from Tomorrow" it's an indie horror film shot "guerilla" style and more people need to watch it. Tell me what you guys thought about it later, okay? Anyways, good post.
