Legally... That's a little more murky. Suicide is illegal. It's perfectly valid to charge her with "inciting someone to perform an illegal act" (or whatever the legal shorthand would be in this case). Might even be a case for "assisting suicide", depending on the evidence and the prosecutor's particular mien.
In any case, I see no reason for yet another "boutique" law to be put on the books for this. This country has far enough laws in place as it is. I'm quite sure there's always something which can be applied without drafting up a bunch of additional paperwork.
