      I think the only answer is to hold companies liable for what goes on in their suppliers workplace. It's not just a nestle problem, it's food and clothing and cell phones. Companies don't inspect because if they don't know, they're not responsible, and cheating makes money. So they hire someone and pretend inspect and use plausible deniability as a shield. If they were responsible to see that the laws were followed, they'd stop doing this.
