Amazon to Ban Sale of Apple, Google Video-Streaming Devices
Amazon.com Inc. will stop selling media-streaming devices from Google Inc. and Apple Inc. that aren’t easily compatible with its video service, the latest example of the company using its clout to promote products that fit with its own retailing strategy. The Seattle-based Web retailer sent an e-mail to its marketplace sellers that it will stop selling the Apple TV and Google’s Chromecast since those devices don’t "interact well" with Prime Video.

Wow, that doesn't cause them any bad PR or possible problems. They've already been called out for killing brick and mortar now they want to stop carrying competing products, doesn't that leave them open to anti-trust problems? Apple only sells apple items, so they can get away with it, but Amazon is a fricking selling giant that is now stopping competition products from being sold, that sound bad to me. They did the same with Sony Readers and Kobo's too though. 3rd Parties could sell them but not the actual companies, I think.
They want their own walled garden so bad they can taste it.
