False rape charges should be dealt with the same way as convicted rapists.. that will stop the non sense
This is a very delicate matter, specifically when victims of rape that make legitimate mistakes can face harsh punishment. It is extremely important that we protect women and men(not only women get raped) from being falsely imprisoned and having their lives shattered over false accusations but if we take the wrong approach to this, the victims will be scared to report the rape in fear of themselves living out a further nightmare scenario. Delicate subject indeed...
Maybe we should teach women not to lie about rape.
