All I have to say is that you can't look young forever. A little minor tweaking is alright but don't expect to look more than 5 years younger than you really are without it being obvious that you've had a lot of work done.
A friend of a friend of mine actually turned out to be younger than I thought she looked. She had plastic-like skin that was very taut. She frequently gets Botox and she's only 30.
