Very classy way to do it. I'm sure this had to be vetted by both sides in order to avoid breaking the NDA, but still its good that both sides have kept quiet as for the reason she was let go. That's none of our business. The thing we have a right to be concerned about it how the site is being run overall, which has been in a declining state for years.

I haven't run into any bad comments yet, but I'm sure they'll come. Ignoring these comments is definitely the best way to go. It'll make the environment much less hostile and combative.

Agreed. That'd be the one big missing feature.

However, having basic reading/commenting functionality ASAP is a must. The only reason I am spending more time on reddit than snapzu at the moment is because I am mainly on mobile.

I like snapzites best for sure. Something just sounds right about it.

Cleganebowl for sure. The pure amount of hype would blind anyone that watches it.

But in all seriousness, probably the more in depth politics with the iron isles. Keeping all of that straight, introducing and giving motivation to a bunch of new characters both named and not, and somehow making the fight over the islands interesting would prove a challenge in my mind. Possibly one of the reasons they so much of the iron isles plot so far.

Ah, to be wealthy and famous and get away with anything.

Maybe we need to seriously consider stopping this celebrity worshiping bullshit and realize they should be treated the exact same way everyone else is by the legal system.

Interesting. Honestly, I know many veterans who want absolutely nothing to do with this man. They feel cheated and lied to by a man they trusted and served. I guess history will be the ultimate judge of what he did and it is the choice of the veteran's group to hire him though.

But does he not feel any guilt charging 100K just to speak to a group of people he led into a hopeless quagmire that was inevitably going to collapse? Not to mention that veterans programs and the VA have been massive messes for many years, being particularly bad under him (as well as Obama, to be fair, but hopefully progress is being made there).

How much of a sociopath do you have to be to do this?

This man has ruined hundreds of lives and caused terror and fear for so many families. He deserves everything that is coming to him and more.

I'm not usually a fan of excessive imprisonment as revenge for what someone did.... but damn is this screwed up. I just can't even imagine a family having to go through what this man put them through.

Welcome! I think you'll find it is a lot more fun to be an active member here than back at reddit. Personally I'm making dozens of comments a day here, whereas back on reddit I pretty much only posted once every couple months.

Good. A man was murdered in cold blood by the very people that are supposed to protect us all.

There needs to be consequences for everyone involved in this horrific incident, as well as the embarrassing handling of the riots and demonstrations?

What was a city like Baltimore thinking when they hired a police chief that had a record of handling civil unrest poorly? The mayor should have realized that was a bad choice for a city with major socioeconomic and racial conflicts still very much being a reality.
