Its.... a show.....! The author of the article manages to write a lot of words, but I can't quite see the take-home message of it. It's a bit like the author is expecting Stranger Things 3 to be a literary show, which it's not. It's entertainment, pure and simple. There's nothing wrong with that. I enjoyed watching all 3 seasons of Stranger Things.
