It's called getting old and paying off the kitchen staff for some extra doughnuts. I doubt he cares about his appearance at this point anymore.
Holy shit, he got so fat. I didnt think they serve that much food to prisoners, I guess hes so popular everyone gives him their daily cupcake.
At least we know the prison system still feeds it's prisoners.
