Judge Refuses To Reinstate Parler After Amazon Shut It Down
U.S. District Judge Barbara Rothstein sided with Amazon, which argued that Parler would not remove posts from its site that threatened public safety in the wake of the riots on the Capitol.

Well, that turn section 230 on it's head. You now have to be a publisher in order to get to pretend to be a platform and get the protections thereof.
Amazon wants to be able to determine what speech is allowed on anything they host.
Nice to know the judicial branch will keep us safe from unapproved speech. Just have someone declare anything a threat to public safety or "hate speech" and you will be silenced. Or post such, and get a conservative-leaning platform shut down.
