    I read the article, but I think the issue is more the generation above her parent's. Baby boomers are in charge of most of the current policies at the lawmaking level, not Gen-X. Not saying all boomers are anti-environment, or that all Gen-Xers are pro-environment, just that in many cases at the policy level it's the boomers that are in charge.

    Like Millenials and younger folk, most Gen-Xer's realize they'll still be around when the environment is a disaster. Most of the X-ers I know ARE concerned about it.
