hi everyone. I just got my invite!

I'm 22 years old and study Architecture in the United States. I work at the ohio state university as a research assistant with one of the professors. I also design t-shirts and enjoy playing music in my free time :) Recently, I've been trying to develop a level of knowledge with the GameMaker software, attempting to design my own video games.

i really love everything that is design. i think it invades every part of our life. i love when it is used for good (but it's also kind of interesting to me when it is used for evil, purely from a polemic standpoint).

I sometimes get depressed and use creating as a way of dealing with it. I like discussions about mental health, as well as gender identity and total acceptance. My family has dealt with a lot of mental issues and I've seen how unhealthy it is to totally ignore them in hopes of them going away. everything is so much easier when you have people to talk to who accept and understand you!
