Is 'sharenting' on social media the new normal?
Parents are posting photos of their children on social media to build their personal brand and boost their role as influencers, Murdoch University researcher Dr Catherine Archer has warned.

As long as it's not putting their babies/kids in harms way, I don't see how this is a bad thing. I noticed a lot of posts that would qualify as "sharenting" actually provide great advice and neat little hacks other parents can do. As for making money, well it takes time to run these blogs, so it's only natural that some sort of monetary reward be earned. Either way, as with literally everything, there will be bad apples that will abuse the system, one such example was the whole "Daddyofive" incident.
